We met in 2012, and for the next six years, somehow managed to cross paths about once a year. One thing was pretty clear: we definitely didn’t know how to be just friends. Perhaps we just needed to grow up a little. By 2018, we had, and we’ve been exploring the world together ever since.

What started as a shared curiosity for new places gradually became a way of life, shaped by travel, culture, design and all the little details that make a place feel special.

Alex comes from a background in technology, IT and project management, so he naturally brings structure, precision and a love of solving problems. Konstantina has built her career in marketing within the automotive world, where brand, design and experience have always been closely connected.

Depicturists grew somewhere between the two of us. Between structure and instinct, strategy and creativity. We photograph, film and write about the places, people and experiences that stay with us, sharing not just where we go, but what makes those places worth remembering.

We’ve always been drawn to the unexpected. We even planned our wedding in just two months. Not because we were in a rush, but because when something feels right, we tend to follow it.
